A fun design for a Mardi Gras themed reception. This cake is white butter pound cake with strawberry filling. Frosted with buttercream and covered in fondant. Reception was held at Oakhurst Country Club in Clayton, Ca. Serves 150

Such a beautiful reception in Brentwood. I had so much fun creating these three cakes for Courtney and Nick. The 3 tier cake was dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and raspberry filling. The two smaller cakes were white cake with raspberry filling. All of them were frosted with buttercream and covered in fondant.
