Jamie

This cake is near and dear to my heart, since I made it for my daughter Jamie in May.  We loved her beautiful wedding venue at the Brentwood Community Center.  Her 5-tier cake was two different flavors, white butter pound cake with raspberry filling (a crowd favorite), and delicious carrot cake with orange cream cheese filling, covered in a cream cheese buttercream frosting.  


It was especially fun creating the  flower overlay with all the fun cutters and the sugar flowers with rhinestone centers.  Serves 200 people.
