Alyson

 A fun design for a Mardi Gras themed reception.  This cake is white butter pound cake with strawberry filling.  Frosted with buttercream and covered in fondant.  Reception was held at Oakhurst Country Club in Clayton, Ca.  Serves 150

Such a beautiful reception in Brentwood.  I had so much fun creating these three cakes for Courtney and Nick.  The 3 tier cake was dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and raspberry filling.  The two smaller cakes were white cake with raspberry filling.  All of them were frosted with buttercream and covered in fondant.

This sweet princess wedding cake is apple spice cake with caramel filling, frosted in buttercream.  Applique sugar flowers and handmade sugar roses.  Serves 200.

Jamie

This cake is near and dear to my heart, since I made it for my daughter Jamie in May.  We loved her beautiful wedding venue at the Brentwood Community Center.  Her 5-tier cake was two different flavors, white butter pound cake with raspberry filling (a crowd favorite), and delicious carrot cake with orange cream cheese filling, covered in a cream cheese buttercream frosting.  


It was especially fun creating the  flower overlay with all the fun cutters and the sugar flowers with rhinestone centers.  Serves 200 people.

Brooke

 Ombre cake in mint green cream cheese butter cream with fresh Dahlias.  This cake had delicious combinations!  Chocolate/oatmeal cake with chocolate ganache filling, banana cake with caramel filling, and carrot cake with orange cream cheese filling....YUM!!!
