Meghan

This skyline cake has something different on every side!  The bottom tier is SF (home of the bride), the middle is NY (home of the groom), and the top is Central Park (where they were engaged).   The cake is white butter pound cake with chocolate ganache filling on bottom and strawberry filling on two top tiers.  Pale blue fondant covers all of the tiers, airbrushed silver skyline and ivory gumpaste buildings, statues, bridges and trees.  Topped with NY & CA.
